We're delighted to have Jared Mayes come to lecture on Christopher Blackwood - Dublin Pastor and Theologian. Blackwood stands out as a significant figure among early Irish Baptists. He had an influential ministry in print and through his pulpit ministry in Dublin. Blackwood offered guidance to the other Baptist churches in Ireland at the time and was dubbed ‘The Oracle of the Anabaptists in Ireland’.

Jared is a pastoral intern at the Great Victoria Street church in partnership with Reaching and Teaching International Ministries, as well as pursuing a PhD at Queen's University.
